Eating should feel easier, but for many people, meals can bring stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. Our meal support services are designed to provide real-time guidance, structure, and encouragement so you don’t have to navigate it alone. We offer both 1:1 and group meal support for individuals with eating disorders or anyone seeking additional support with their relationship with food. Whether you’re working toward consistency, increasing variety, challenging food fears, or rebuilding trust with your body, meal supports creates a safe and supportive space to practice. During sessions, we focus on: Building balanced meals and snacks Reducing anxiety around eating Challenging disordered thoughts and behaviors in the moment Developing flexibility and confidence with food Providing accountability with compassion, not judgment 1:1 Meal Support offers individualized guidance tailored to your specific goals, pace, and recovery needs. Group Meal Support provides a sense of community, allowing you to connect with others who are navigating similar challenges while practicing skills in a supportive environment. These sessions are grounded in evidence-based nutrition care and a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach.
